ASCAP and America Scores teamed up for the fourth year to present its national songwriting mentorship program, ASCAP Songwriter Residency @ America Scores.
I was honored when ASCAP asked me to document the three days kids from Palms Middle School worked with animator Roger Blonder and composer Shawn Clement. The students teamed up with the educators from America Scores and wrote a group poem on the meaning of “Love.” Blonder worked with the students to envision, animate and record the digital imagery that was assembled into a poetry-based experimental film.

As you many of you already know I love paper. To be honest I joke with people and call myself a “paper whore.” I get funny responses sometimes when I say that but it’s honestly the truth.
I think some of their holiday card designs are amazing and “vintage” in their look, which of course I love.
